Consumer App (Suayves Hydration & Weather)
- Physiology data (height, weight, fitness level, activity type) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us.
- Location data is accessed by your device solely to retrieve real-time weather conditions from third-party weather data services. We do not receive or store your location.
- Hydration logs and activity history are stored locally on your device and are not shared with us.
- Crash logs, diagnostics, app performance, app interaction, and related anonymous data are retained and analyzed by Suayves for up to 90 days before being automatically deleted. This data does not include personally identifiable information.
Website (new.suayves.com / suayves.com)
When you interact with our Website, we may collect:
- Contact and inquiry data: If you submit a Heat IQ demo request, we collect your first name, last name, work email address, company name, and number of worksites.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, referring URL, and time and date of your visit.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies required to operate the Website. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Heat IQ Enterprise Customers
If your organization purchases Heat IQ, we collect and process data necessary to deliver the service, including administrator and user names, work email addresses, worksite location identifiers, and configuration preferences. This data is governed by the terms of your enterprise agreement.
How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Respond to Heat IQ demo requests and schedule product demonstrations
